New Student Registration

If you are a returning student or already know the details of the program you would like to register for, you do not need to fill out the registration form below. Please call us at 902-423-6995 to process your registration. If you are a new student: 

Step 1: Fill out our online registration form below.

Step 2: Groups and Classes: Our representative will get in touch with you. For classes confirmation of enrolment and payment will be processed.
Private lessons: Our representative will put you in touch with a faculty member. Once you and your teacher have agreed on the time, length and number of lessons your payment will be processed.
Step 3: Payment: Payments can be made either via phone (902-423-6995) or in-person (6199 Chebucto Road) during business hours before attending your first class.

Kindermusik is an experience for parents & guardians to share with their children, creating and absorbing music in a fun and nurturing environment. Classes are organized into five stages, beginning with the earliest of infants through to young children of 5-7 years old.
Youth, Children and Adult classes.

I understand that dance is a physically demanding activity that can occasionally result in an injury. I agree that the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts (MCPA) nor any of its officers, staff or instructors shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident or illness incurred by the student named above while attending any class, program or performance hosted by MCPA and participating in related activities.In the event that I (parent/guardian) cannot be reached in the case of an emergency or I (the student 18+) cannot give consent due to injury or illness, I hereby give permission to the physician selected by MCPA to secure proper medical treatment for the student as is named on this form.
Performance videos: MCPA performances and rehearsals are recorded for archival purposes. In order to participate in MCPA shows, concerts or events, we require that you consent to be in these videos. Consent to performance videos applies to all performances going forward. If you do not wish to participate in MCPA shows please speak with your instructor about options. General consent to video and photographs taken at MCPA or other performance and rehearsal locations for use in social media, company reports, show programs, and or marketing materials.
By registering for classes at MCPA you are deemed to consent to receive both essential and non-essential communications. Essential communications include all communications required for full participation in classes and are essential to receive services. Non-essential communications include information about events, fundraisers, and general updates about the MCPA. Please click here if you would like to opt-out of non-essential communications.
