Breathe In, Breathe Out

Stretch your arms up

Stretch your arms out

Stretch them anyway you like

And then relax them down

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Stretch your fingers wide

Roll your wrists around

Stretch your hands in anyway

And then relax them down

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Move your shoulders up

Move your shoulders ‘round

Roll them anyway way you like

And then relax them down

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Tilt your head left

Roll it slowly ‘round

Tilt your head to the right

And then relax it now

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Move your hips side to side

Roll them all around

Move them anyway you like

And then relax them now

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Reach down to your toes

Give a gentle bow

Feel the stretch within your back

And slowly roll up now

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Let your eyes close

Relax your jaw and brow

Listen to your every breath

As you take them now…

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Breathe in… Breathe out…

Take a beat: breathe, move, and rest

Take a moment to get comfortable before you begin. You might choose to sit or stand—whatever feels best for your body today.

As you listen, you’re invited to follow along in a way that feels right for you. There’s no need to keep up or do anything perfectly. You can move gently, pause at any time, or simply listen and breathe.

This is a space with no pressure—just an opportunity to slow down, notice your body, and connect with your breath.

When you’re ready, press play… and begin by breathing in… and breathing out.
