Our older adult level classes are designed specifically for ages 50+ honouring each individual’s possibilities and range of motion. All adult dance classes are one hour in length.

No experience required! This class starts from scratch to build a basic understanding of ballet technique and vocabulary.
Prior experience recommended – past or present!. This class builds upon basic ballet technique and expands vocabulary to build longer sequences with a variety of vocabulary. A good refresher if you are coming back to ballet after a long period of time, or if you have completed Absolute Beginner and are ready for more of a challenge!
Prior experience required – past or present! This class builds upon beginner levels, introducing pirouettes and increasingly complex vocabulary/sequencing. Dancers should be comfortable with the following range of steps: triplets/balancés, glissades, sissonnes, assemblés, pas de chat and posé temps levés.
Prior experience required (3+ years). For experienced dancers who are looking to explore and expand their vocabulary. Dancers should be comfortable with the following range of steps: extended chassé pas de bourre, simple pirouettes en dehors and en dedans, waltz turns, glissades, sissonnes, assemblés, jetés, turned out posés temps levés and grand jetés.
For Intermediate/Advanced 3-5+ years experience and depth of knowledge is recommended.
A course designed not just for love for dance but also to build strength, balance and coordination. No previous experience required. Come to learn a wide range of movement vocabulary while exploring the artistry and music of ballet class.
