Emily is a music therapist living in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia. Born and raised on the West Coast of BC, Emily has found a home in Nova Scotia for the past three years and is looking forward to continue building connections through music therapy.

Emily has a Bachelor of Music in musicology and keyboard from UVic (Victoria, BC) and a Certificate of Music Therapy from Acadia University (Wolfville, NS). For her clinical internship, Emily worked in mental health and addictions, as well as with kids and adults with physical and developmental disabilities.

Emily is excited to join the MCPA music therapy team and is looking forward to working in and around Halifax/Kjipuktuk! In her spare time, Emily loves to paint, read fantasy books, and explore Nova Scotia.
